Hi all,
hope I'm posting in the right place and that someone will have some ideas on this.
I have to build a server for a small business and configure the network to be accessable from several locations around the globe.
Spec I have in mind is as follows

ASUS M2N4-SLI NF4 Socket AM2

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200 AM2

2x 500GB Seagate 7200 SATA-2 (mirrored raid)

4GB PC6400 Elixir DDR2 800 SDRAM

10/100/1000 Ethernet Card

Microsoft Windows SBS 2003 R2

Please give your thoughts and any suggestions,

Thanks in advance

that server ought to be fine.

Have you ever considered buying secondhand?

you can get a quad xenon, 4gb ram system - soemthing like a compaq proliant - for very little on the preowned/refurb market
