problem relating to c program....

would you please help me on c program?
my problem is how to arrange 100 numbers randomly in 4*4 cells
how can we find the output like
cell no of particles
1 7 9 34
2 23 87
.
.
.
16 90 76 53 70

Use the rand() function make sure you seed it.

Then fill the 4 x 4 array with these numbers.
