This is a group aiming at bringing together the employers and prospective employees in IT together.
The following are the three purposes:
1. I believe that there is a job for everyone that best matches their abilities and he/she has to find it without hopping from job to job before finding it. If the managers who are hiring can find people to fit the job description, they can contact them or vice versa.
2. If someone is facing a problem at workplace, he can get others advise him/her before the problem aggravates and she/he loses her/his job.
3. The managers can interact with the prospective employees for a couple of months before they come for a formal interview. They can even give the person a project or ask them to get a certification or even mentor them. This way, managers can be sure that they found the right person for the job.
