Google likes the quality meta and title tags, make sure you have enough keywords in meta descriptions, and your title tag is built on solid keyword searching.

Ten post per day in forum with a anchor text in the signature for 20 days is enough. Thats means that if i writte every day i can be sure that i will have traffic in my site, maybe the visitors will not make click in my adds , but the traffic will be arrived to my site. Im ok?
