Is your vertical industry big enough for its own social networking site (or two)?

I was just reading a thread on Linkedin about setting up social networking sites that are vertical market-specific (manufacturing, entertainment, CPG distribution, etc.). Does your company reside in a vertical that could support its own social network? Would you try to set one up if you saw the need?
