Hi Folks;It is now two years I have been working as an IT Service and change analyst in international bank, On this two months, I have done CISM ( Certified Information Security Manager) exams and pass but I need an experience of 3 years as full Information Securiy Manager to be a Fully certified CISMI'm doing some work in Risk Assessment but this is not a fully Information security role.Should I quit and find a post in Information Secuty or I continue in the same role?Note that, There are oportunities for growth in this same role that I am doing but, it is not going to make me a fully cerified CISMPlease advice meThanks.
