Neither is listed as being recognized by computer when both are installed. When one is installed it does see that one. Even with neither installed the A: drive is not recognized

I got a tip from another reader and it is SOOOO Simple. I closed Ad/Subtract. That's it! I felt really stupid, but now I don't have this issue anymore.
