Shared PC leads to a mess

Hi,

I have a slow PC that I know has too much junk.

Sounds like this is way over my head. Talk of partitions and registery changes could bring on problems that I can't afford. Tell me more about the compatibility option. Where do I click on what icon?

I found langwrbk.dll but no .exe.
Landwrbk.dll was something from Microsoft called English Wordbreaker.

I can ping the site! (66.150.167.148) When I put the Ip address in the browser, I still get the message "The operation timed out while trying to contact..."

So this is a routing problem?
