Thats why i said Download and Burn UBCD.
That would Tell you right off the Bat.
Just run the Windows Virtual Ram thingy.
If it says fook the ram. then the Slots bad.

Run the Chip Diag to Be sure.

take a blow torch and Run it quickly across the back of the board. Securing the soilder contacts... its workd for me on boards with Ram install abuse
