I mean boot your computer with your Windows XP CD. It will ask you if you want to repair your windows installation.
Now i'm not sure if it checks for missing stuff like what you're experiencing......

Seems to be a group policy setting.
Now don't change any settings unless you are SURE. I have never had this problem so I have not done this myself. Just look to see if you can figure something...

Email is probably being spoofed. You may not be able to stop that. Anonymous email seemingly originating from someone elses email address is not hard to do and the error messages come back to...

the BEST nvidia card in terms of technology is the nvidia 6800 Ultra (for games and stuff). The most cost effective is the 6600 GT.

Both are good but i've heard some bad things about powercolor.
Why don't you wait for the new $200 6600 GT? Its not as good as 6800 but its much better than 9800 XT for a low price. The AGP version...

I think I know how to do this maybe. An algorithm A is O(f(n)) means thats... if the input is of size n then the algorithm will stop after f(n) time.
so in the problem O(f(n)) = n^2

I did Discrete math before data structures and I think it worked out quite well. If you work a lot of discrete math problems and understand them then it is a lot of .. dare i say it.. fun :)
