No problem. First of all, this worked for me and I'm using windows xp. I am using (among many more lol) spybot: search and destroy. When you use this program it will say that you have DSO Exploit...

Hey Mcam,
You still have a problem getting rid of DSO Exploit? I have just been successful in getting rid of it. If you (or anyone else) is still having difficulties let me know I will share.
