Relax, I use Firefox and have no problem with ur site. She Increse font size in her browser and make all web site fuzzy, it's not ur problem and it's user side problem.

Nice work
In Logo when you talk about fun , I think Globe picture isn't good for this purpose. Use another funny font with hot and cool color or an funny object.

Clean but all text in page are in same size and it's so bad, with size of text you must make difference between each title and content.
I think if you use different color for title and BOLD ing...

But I think it's so wide yet, limited it to 98% fo screen or 1024 pixle, and another thing, please change hover color of links, no good color vs. background color in top menu and left...

Just one , I think it's better if you change "Efficient Communication & Cooperation" ( in left star shape ) font and increase font size.
