i also ran the AVG and have several files in quarantine, which i did before finding this site. it is not in a report not sure how to show those to you.

Help need help please

Hi. this is my mom's computer and i have been trying to find a way to fix without buying a new op system. cannot open control panel. she has viruses and i'm not sure what they are or how to fix them....
