Help Access PostgreSQL from PHP

Hi.

I installed postgreSQL-7.4.6, apache2 and PHP-4.3.9 on Fedora Core 2.

I wanna access postgreSQL from php, but got such an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: pg_connect().

And then...
