Random program starts up then disapears

When windows is running along nicely with what ever I'm playing/doing regularly a little blank program box turns up on the taskbar. If i'm in a game it puts me back to windows but then disapears....

A 128Mg GeForce Fx5700Le, by pretty i ment tsome of the nicer video options which when i turn them on the frame rate drops rather a lot when lots of things start to happen.

Specs on motherboard say it can take up to 2Gb of RAM. shouldn't be any spyware on, i just want the more ram to make newer games like HL2 look pretty and battlefield2 run well.

MFT keeps reaching its max capacity

Hi,
I run Diskkeeper regulary to keep my drives nicely ordered, it often say my MFT usage is up to 80% and i should enlarge my MFT size. But iI have done this before a few times Should i keep doing...
