Well I fixed it. Thanks for the help guys. In the end all I needed to do was wait for my Panda Antivirus to finally get an update with the fix. And yes... No reformating needed.

Thanks I guess... I just don't get how this problem can be up for so long and that so many people are having it and nobody has come up with a fix that sticks... Weird....

I did what you said. Ran the CWShredder in safe mode and all that. This was a few days ago, then I wasn't home for 2 days or so. Now I come back and the problem is right back. I have the about:blank...

I tried that system restore where you restore to a date prior to when the problem started, but I can't select a date before the problem began because I can't go back to before April for some reason...

I'm starting to agree with MAD_DOG, because I think I've tried over 20 different fixes each multiple times and ways and maybe 90% of them actually do get rid of the problem, but it ALWAYS comes back...
