PR5 Website selling text links

I have a PR 5 website www.magxzine.com with many PR3-4 back pages. 265 pages indexed in google and now listed in the yahoo directory.

Traffic is relatively low but on the rise ~5000 page views this...

I doubt most people would even pay $3-5 per month. Unless they were strictly looking for a PR boost. Those type of advertising customers are only going to be around until they get the PR boost

Text links sell on sites with low traffic and high PR but they generally do not go for much.

All my sites seem to run 2 or less. Some entertainment sites yields up to 3-4. It really depends on how traffic comes in and how long the site has been established.

A lot of search engine traffic...
