I was able to use right click just long enough to change my wallpaper and turn on my screen saver so now it's no longer working again.

After a couple attempts at system restore, I tried it, it froze but then right click kicked right back in. For some reason my system says that system restore wasn't successful but it actually is. ...

I'm going to defragment again, the last time I did was about two weeks ago and after that is when I noticed the right click problem.

It freezes up every single time I try to right click, if it's on...

I've already got Spy Sweeper on my system and it's still giving me problems. Actually I noticed that I can't do much with IE, but that's okay since I use Firefox. I have no idea what can be wrong....
