I did a clean install. I deleted the partition and created a new one then installed WIN XP PRO SP2.

I have 3 user accounts and it does it on all of them.

I get the 404 errors as well as DNS and others at random sites. I can't remember if they are sites that I frequent cause I do a LOT of surfing, and when I do encounter a site that has links to these...
