Mother/ Father both Deceased; 1 brother, 2 sisters; 3 nieces, 2 nephews
Born Enid, OK; lived Ames, OK through 6th grade. Moved to Haxtun, CO 1956 due to Father's change of pastorship.
Attended McPherson College, McPherson, KS 5 years following high school graduation. After college, traveled to New Windsor, MD for 2 months Alternative Service (A/S) Training. Sent to Elgin IL to fulfill 2 years A/S civilian work. Remained in IL 5 more years prior to bicycling to Ventura, CA, May-Oct., 1975.
Lived in Ventura 3 1/2 years. Moved to Sepulveda, CA, San Fernando Valley, because Pac Bell office at which I was employed closed.
Attended one semester Bible School, Dallas, TX, 1987. Returned to San Fernando Valley Jan. 1988. Lived in Canoga Park 9 months; Northridge Porter Ranch area 11 years; central Northridge, about 3/4 mile from 1994 earthquake, Oct. 1999 to present.
Graduated McPherson College 1966-BS Music Education. Attended 1 more year to fulfill credits for BS Business Administration/Economics. Completed 7 or 8 IT courses at University of Phoenix, Woodland Hills, CA, 2004-2005. Now working toward BS Computer Science at American College of Computer & Information Sciences/American Sentinel University, Birmingham, AL. Also enrolled in "Breaking Into Print" program, Long Ridge Writers Group, West Redding, CT, to become professional writer.
Hobbies & Interests: reading, writing, researching, neeelepoint/cross stitch/latch hook projects, computers, history, classical music, some sewing.
