I only started doing this as a result of an accident and visiting www.ask.com and found a link called "ask other people" discovered the Answerpoint community site(now closed) and a lot of us moved the community site to a new site called answerpool and have improved the quality of answering questions (please stop by and see whats going on?) We specialise in Plain English answers and Newbies are always welcome
