How to maintain a traffic?

Well I'm an internet marketer, and still learning a lot of things. Since I'm still new to this kind of stuff, my problem is I cannot maintain my traffic everyday. Sometimes it came to a point that my traffic got a massive increase then suddenly it decreases. That's why I asked for an opinion on how to maintain traffic everyday?Anyone have an idea? thanks everyone..
