kinldy let me know the idea.and it comes to the point if problem
continue,distable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software Disable bious memory options such as caching or
shadowing.Kindly let me know the idea.when i just restart computer
in safe mode.when w.c my computer->properties-Advanced->settings->remove automatically restart.then still it restart automatically.Kindly let me know the idea.any help would be highly
appreciated.i am using vista business 32 bit os .

any recent hardware changes like adding or removing hardware?

i didnot come to know about which software did he install.
but i am trying from so many times i did system restore also.

if you still have the disc installer for vista try to do a repair installation..check if it will help

Any other way without then again reinstallation.Kindly let me know
