Code 10 on a new devise via USB

Hi,
I have recently bought a korg keyboard and have connected via a USB connection but the device does not show up on the system,
After checking the system for the device in the control panel it says it has been succesfully installed but a code 10 error has occured?
How can i solve this issue?
Can anyone please help?
