We are instead negotiating our blood, sweat, tears, EQUITY, and the occasional free clothes that we get, for 20-24 hours of dedication a week from people who want to partner with a young and unfunded start-up.

We are looking for people who know that they are the shit good at what they do, have some free time, and are already making enough money to at least get by for the next few months. It's not that we're too cheap to pay for web design and development services. It's that we don't have much more than a few hundred bucks in our personal or business accounts, we're not funded, and these days investors aren't putting money into an idea that's not already in action.

POSITION SUMMARY and COMPENSATION
We are looking for 3 to 5 people
An incredible user interface/interaction designing code monkey;
An awesome social application developing ninja;
A crafty e-commerce developing architect, and
A supernatural database developing/administrating wizard.

You will first learn more details about the website concept and it's necessary features. After that you'll either: collaborate on doing design, architecture, and implimentation from scratch; or instead leverage open source platform and language technologies to bring the concept to life. The words jquery, php, drupal and mysql have a special place in our hearts but you should be the expert on what's best for execution.

Again, WE HAVE NO MONEY and thus can not compensate you with any. We're asking for around 20-24 hours of dedication a week; and negotiating our sweat, tears, EQUITY, and occasional free clothes that we get. So please don't apply if money is an immediate issue for you.

SwaggerDap.com is a growing fashion blog, but we're on a mission to launch an innovative social networking and e-commerce website for the street fashion conscious and the brands that they love. We're a tiny team of recent college graduates that's been putting a lot of work into this; but unfortunately are basically just a bunch of marketing types sitting on an awesome business plan, dozens of fashion industry connections, and few interested investors.
