Warning! Cover Was Previously Removed!

I have a Dell OptiPlex GX110 and when I start it up it keeps telling me this warning. I want to stop it from saying that until the cover is actually removed.

It will continue to report that the case was opened until you go into CMOS and clear the case open report.
You should even be able to turn the check for case open feature off.
