How do I avoid being conned when putting money up for PPC or paid banners etc.? I have used Google adwords..and find them expensive. I have placed small banner ads on a number of sites..but they don't always match my content. I nearly signed up for AdBrite ...but heard they are a con ! (don't know if this is true ? anyone ? )

Our site is a tricky one to promote because it is hard to explain to customers without showing them! We find once they understand our software they like it

There is a site we have used to find sites to advertise on ..but the sites it has on its books are mainly to do with website design , photoshop , etc. etc. (buysellads.com)
Does anyone know of any other similiar ad broker type sites?

I think this is just spammy post...

You should try using pay per click sites like Bidvertiser, clicksor... or you can use googl to search for ppc sites and you will find lots of them.
