how to get back history of firefox private browsing??

i 'm sure here is n't the right place for asking this question,but i couldn't guess where to write this question. please forgive me.
i have recently update my Firefox.
i was clicking any option of it and unwanted browsing some sites in "private Browsing" mode in new firefox.after a day i wanted to access one of browsed website but i couldn't find it anywhere.
i search in google and found out that browsing in Private browsing will not keep any history.
is there any way to back my browsed history?one site was really vital for me.i need it.

You're pretty much limited to what comes up in [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[H]
