when we block a website through our browser Tools->Internet
option->privacy->sites than what process happens which prevent the site being not opened next time.

assuming than= then , you type in[or copy paste ] the address of site ,what happens then is when that site tries to open , it will be blocked by IE ,quite simple

I have a advice. you can use a software for it. like k9 web protection. its nice. you can easily do every thing what you want.
I like sword. Attack or Defense.
