suggest a redirect to a handheld friendly subdomain, does not work at the moment, ceo cfo have latest toys, if it wont work on the blackberry & the hidef widescreen, they may not see it, use it, pay for it

Offering a service, the site itself has to be 14Karat, three9s fine, users in general know just enough to find tests, but not enough to determine whether the test results are meaningful.
Google tracker is blocked as spyware by Spybot, MSMVP Hosts file and probably most other antimalware (third party script loaded without user permission, reporting surf habits without permission to the third party, classic spyware)
Most users will not appear on logs generated by google tracker, even those who do not consciously block malware, have spybot or adaware installed
Use the server log, or if the host does not permit you read access to the server logs install a server side monitoring script, they are actually very simple much more accurate.
Without 100K scripts loading page access will be faster.
