Sending file to another user at a same network

Hi all,
I created network with windows xp
My comp has two network cards
i give one external ip and to the second nic card (which i share among other users) i give 192.168.0.1
other users ip address begin from 192.168.0.2 and so on
can you help me to know with which metod i or other user can send files to one another.
