Sending file to another user at a same network

Hi all,
I created network with windows xp
My comp has two network cards
i give one external ip and to the second nic card (which i share among other users) i give 192.168.0.1
other users ip address begin from 192.168.0.2 and so on
can you help me to know with which metod i or other user can send files to one another.

I think you don't habe to do such a thing.Connect both the computers with a LAN wire from any of your to other NIC. Give your IP as what is there and some subnet. To the other the IP is 192.168.0.x, with same subnet as yours and its default gateway as your IP.It will work

what you mean by sending files to another computer? how about folder sharing it's not applicable to you?
