Hi,

I'm using IE6 in my PC. 6 mths ago, I have install Visio Viewer 2003 and I'm able to view Visio files in IE.

After some time did not open any visio files, my IE now cannot display visio files anymore. All I see is a small image with cross sign in the middle (at the top left beside back button).

I have tried to reinstall viewer 2003 and even tried 2007 but the result is still the same. My visio file is version 2003.

I will reinstall IE tomorrow.

At the meantime, anybody know what is the problem?

Control Panel - Add/remove Programs:
1. remove any current Visio viewers
2. remove MS Update KB973525
3. reinstall visio viewer (i used ver 2007 cause it is the latest)

Your vsd file should load in I.E. just fine now.
