I've been doing hours of research online and haven't been able to find any solid information. I'm trying to create two OS masks, one for XP and one for 2k. I have most of the things done that I'm trying to accomplish, but have run into a few problems.

For both OS's, I cannot figure out how to open:
Internet Explorer
an MS-DOS prompt
the Control Panel

If anyone knows how to do this (where the path is, etc.), your help would be SO great!

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe is the path for command prompt
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.exe for IE
