I like styleid 25 the best so far, but I also really like the shade of green in styleid 28. The purple one is a bit too girly, although I'm apparently not one to speak (take a look at DaniWeb!) You have an active users box on your homepage. You may wish to indicate that it is "Active Forums Users" along with a link there to the forums, to ensure someone doesn't think it reprsents the number of active hosting clients you have.
As far as the forum index is concerned ... Try putting the threads and posts back in their own columns. Then put the last thread info as a one-liner where you have the forum info now.
Also, I learned this the hard way - smaller fonts are more professional. Try shirinking your font size a bit via the CSS, and it will give a much more professional feel. You can also CSS your H1 and H2 tags.
It's also a strict rule to put banner advertisements on content pages (such as the forums), and absolutely no ads on pages that are selling a product or service. For example, you don't want people to get the impression that you need to sell ads on your hosting company's site because the hosting itself doesn't pay the bills - it gives the impression that the business isn't doing well. Also, you don't want AdSense to extract the word "hosting" and advertise competing hosting companies.
You are lucky enough to have an entire content-driven forum that targets the great hosting keyword, which performs stupendously in AdSense. Having google ads exclusively on the forum pages should do well enough that there is no need for it to be on the pages where you sell your hosting services and packages, and certainly not on your hosting company's homepage. If you're finding AdSense is not bringing in as much as you like, try moving it up on the page. But don't let it stray from content pages such as forums, articles, tutorials, etc.
