Use the Management Class object in .NET.
ManagementClass oMClass = new ManagementClass ("Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration");
ManagementObjectCollection colMObj = oMCLass.GetInstances();
foreach(ManagementObject objMO in colMObj)
{
Console.WriteLine(objMO["MacAddress"].ToString());
}
