The load time seems fine. The homepage seems a bit redundant why you have the big box of categories and subcategories, and then the list again in the left sidebar. The sidebar is fine for the subpages, but I would take it off the homepage b/c it's unnecessary there.

Other than that, looks like a pretty standard directory. I see that you have an Alexa graph for the link details. What about site screenshots as well?

You might want to go with using Google AdSense instead of Searchfeed for sponsored listings. I'm noticing a lot of off-topic links, and I think AdSense might be able to give you much better results.

I'm a bit concerned that your site is completely made up of links to other sites. As soon as a person clicks on a link, they have left your site and gone somewhere else. There is nothing about who you are and what your purpose is for your site. I have heard criticism of 'link farms' from the website gurus in my travels around the different internet business information sites. If your purpose is to be a web directory, what then distinguishes your site from the thousands of other directory sites that are on the web? If I want to find something on the net, I use the Google search engine. I would not go to a 'directory site' unless I wanted to review it.

I like your site it helps users find sites and information that there looking for the design is user friendly. I have seen this site b4 so i decided to let you know that your on the right track!
