Help qb 4.5 and comma-delimited data

Does anyone know how or have any type program to input comma-delimited data into qb programs? I have written a unique program, I want say what but it is good.

I have decided to write a program in C. Only problem is I have to learn it first. It will take a while. Do you know of any source code that would help me out?
