I have a website that is 1/2 completed, and is going to be an online community. It ALREADY has backend admin panel, a custom forum (not an installed one, from scratch with custom stuff), user system w/ register, login, ability to upload pictures, update profiles, journals, rate members, etc. I had been paying a programmer from India because im not the best at MySQL, but he has basically fell off the face of the Earth. I am looking for someone who is qualified and good, who would like to jump into an already well established project and receive high portions of the royalties...
