Like the others have said I find it too dark, nice header though.

Ok first.. I would Left jusitfy the links in the nav on left hand side instead of center..

Then I would change the blue on blue..

Like make the text an easier color on the eyes...

other then that nice job template looks very clean

- I like your colors and graphic design, but you shouldn't waste the top of the page (the ads are my major gripe).
- You need to use a transparent background on your site icon.
- Put some text into your announcement (the one front and center on the homepage) that lets people know why they should post.
