I have been striving to download Rational Rose and I'm battling becuase before you download you must fill a registration form and to copmlete you must be in US or Canada.I need help because I'm in South Africa, so I can't complete downloading. Can anyone please help me by downloading the program Called Rational Rose for me and send it unto this e-mail address Sivuyile-Mtshiza@webmail.co.za.Please!!
