How to manage .edb files?

Hi guys,
can anybody help, plase.
Is there an instrument to manage .edb file (as far as i know Oracle's Enterprise DB but under free licence)?

Are you Sure?

edb files usually refer to Exchange Data Base .
If you are working with an exchange server i suggest that you quit very quickly.

If not then you should be able to manage the database through the management software if it installed, if not grab the cd and install it.

as far as I know exchange server manager is the main management tools for edb files. Oracle files are stored in a .db file.

there are some comapnies that make exchange recovery software, but the trial version are worthless and the full programs are expensive. Exchange is the best tool for the exchange databases.
IF you hex edit the edb enough you may be able to use access to read or import the files.
