Hi All,

I am using L40 with 20 slots StorageTek Tape Library and now i want to add more slots into it and wanna make 40 slots. I know i can do that but the information i am looking is this :-

1. I need steps that to follow after adding the chip at the rear side of the library and documented process of upgradation of the L40 Library slots.
2. Wht firmware version is required for upgrade process
3. Is anyone having the username and password of www.storagetek.com (Customer Resource Center), if yes plz download the upgradation manual for me and mail me the same.

I know i will get the user manual when i will order the slots chip and hardware key but right now wht i need is just the manual.
