When I try to start Outlook Express 6 on my Windows 2000 machine, I see the splash screen for OE6, a brief glimpse of my OE folder list, and then the whole PC reboots.
If I log on as a different user, OE works just fine.
I copied my folder files to a safe location, deleted INBOX.DBX and tried it again (thinking that my inbox was corrupted) ... but the same thing happened.
I found instructions for reinstalling OE6 on WinXP, but this is a Win2000 machine.
This all started yesterday when we lost power a couple of times during a thunderstorm.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
