.NET Crystal Reports Font Changed to Sign when Printing

  #1
Jul 26th, 2005
Hi,

The crystal report design is using the font type arial. When printing at the client site (after all installation of the application has been done), the report comes with illegible fonts (Note that it prints correctly in our environment). The client's operating system is windows 2003 and the printer is 2000. We have tried changing printers and the result was that some of the text came up correct but the rest was the same font as before (illegible signs, like if it was in another language). I would appreciate any feedback regarding this if anybody else have had the same problem and had found a solution.

Regards,
