Been working on the system for years and the site for a good few months now. I'm finally launching it and would like some opinions. No need to sugar coat them, I can take it!

wellll there is no clear way how you are meant to navigate the thing add a few buttons or a menu

When I first go to the homepage, I see a whole bunch of paragraphs of text. But let's face it ... unless it's an interesting article on a big news site, people don't read large bodies of text online ... especially just to figure out what the site offers. It's almost as if you have to prove yourself to a web surfer before you can get them to read stuff The moral of the story is to keep headlines short, descriptive, and get the point across in as few words as possible. It's all about atmosphere.

Overall, it has a nice look to it. Color scheme is eye-friendly. Layout looks good.

I agree with Dani (again! :cheesy Way too much text on the home page.
I would truncate to 250 words.

Save the content for your interior pages. Use the KISS method - Keep It Simple Stupid. Make it easy enough for visitors with below average intelligence to use your site.
