Sorry I can't help. I seem to have the same problem and can't find help anywhere. I have tried re-installing IE6, no change. Removed and re-installed Win XP Pro SP2, no change.

Just wanted to ask what you have tried and whether you have found any other help or maybe even resolved your issue.
