Okay, another easy one, but I can't remember how to do it. I have a table that I want to be able to update multiple records in. I thought I could just run an update query, but I have 2 yes/no fields and one text field that I want to be able to choose from for updates. Example: I have 745 different tools in one toolkit. If that tool deploys to Iraq or Afghanistan I would check the appropriate yes/no. If it deploys to another location, I would have to write that location in the text box. Instead of checking or writing this 745 x's, I want to select a specific box # (from 15 choices) and then just check one box, or enter into one field and update all of the records in that kit. My guess was a macro, but I can't remember how I would do that. Any advice?
