However, I would personal always save the hompage as index, this is a good starting place. I also think you should change the buttons along the left hand side so they are all the same size. One more pointer: I think you should lower the amount of compression on the header. The way the jewelery is displayed is done very simply but you could maybe add a few tables to this page with a bit more color, this would make the page look like less of a long list.

Unfortunately your website is still quite slow and the links at the bottom are quite unprofessional. Also if you click on the best site link it is quite hard to get back to your page. These links could also effect the time it takes to load your page.
