My client specializes in the development of inventive 1-to-1 marketing and loyalty programs in the direct and interactive channels. We provide these services to a number of blue chip brands including: BMW, Verizon SuperPages, Old Navy, Beech-Nut, Citibank, Edward Jones, NetJets, Kao Brands (Jergens, John Frieda, Biore, Curel, Ban).

The Flash Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining flash components and websites. The Flash Developer will work with the development, production and creative teams. The Flash Developer will be responsible for communicating with all team members on project statuses as well as supplying proper documentation on code.

Required Technical Skill
" 3+ years experience as a Flash and ActionScript 2 developer
" 2+ years experience with developing web applications using scripting languages and/or development frameworks
" Experience in applying object oriented programming techniques and design patterns
" Ability to write, execute and process database queries and result sets
" Ability to write and parse XML

We also require:
" Knowledge of Macromedia Development Suite
" Superior performance delivering bug free code that satisfies all specified requirements

The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge and experience of the following:
" ASP/VBScript
" Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework
" ASP.NET/C#
" PHP
" JavaScript
" JSP
