Beginner.........Books

hey guys,
i need to setup a database server, and as of now , i do not have any knowledge about MySQL, PHP, and things realted ...although i have a fair knowledge of how things work, i have used Access for my earlier databases, i want to have adress book(forms) on my webpage, and i need to extract their emails whenever i require, blah blah........so i would really appreciate it if somebody can give me the list of books i shud refer to and any links if possible.....

i used MySQL bible and mysql's help file (its more like a book than a help file)
